We follow the CBSE pattern of education. National Council of Education Research & Training (NCERT) is a national nodal agency for the curriculum.
The following attributes are the cornerstones of our mission.
For the all-round development of students, a wide range of extra-curricular activities are held, in which all students are encouraged to participate.
Our campuses are vibrant places with various celebrations throughout the year. Junior Robocon and Language Extravaganza are notable examples.
We focus on theme-based learning and its integration with every subject. For instance, math as a theme is picked up and linked to all subjects, which ensures better understanding of the concepts and their application.
All campuses have spacious playgrounds suitable for sports such as football, throwball and athletics, along with professional guidance.
Yoga and martial arts are taught in a conducive atmosphere, while ensuring safety.
We are happy to provide this facility in our campuses and children are professionally trained in this important life skill with precautions.
We ensure that students are exposed to music with rooms equipped with a variety of instruments.
We have specially designed and well equipped dance & drama studios, along with professional teachers. This helps the budding stars to master the art of expression, build self-confidence, and enhance communication and body language.
We believe in developing a sense of social belonging among students. Each child is inculcated with the values of sharing and caring. Environment conservation techniques such as rainwater harvesting are taught. Students also participate in service activities in orphanages and homes for the physically challenged.

MemberMaharashtra Academy of Engineering and Education Research’s (MAEER) MIT Group of Institutions is a conglomerate of premiere educational institutions established in 1983 by the visionary educationist Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad.
Education builds future not only of an individual but also of the nation.
The singular objective was to meet the long felt need for a centre of excellence in scientific and educational research, which would meet the challenges of the present and the future technical advancements of the fast changing world. Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), one of the first private engineering colleges in Maharashtra was established by MAEER's – a trust – in 1983, as its first venture . It still remains the flagship institute of the group and has since then grown in leaps and bounds to become MAEER’s MIT Group of Institutions. With more than 10 campuses across Maharashtra, covering thousands of acres of area, the MIT Group provides education in the fields of Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy, Marine Engineering, Insurance, Telecom Management, Lighting, Design, Food Technology, Retail Management , Business Administration and Governance. Distance Education is also an option. School Education is another focus area.
Thus, MIT has made a strong impact in the field of education in the country. At any given point of time, more than 50,000 students are pursuing various courses across the 72+ institutes. MAEER's MIT now runs 4 private universities, viz. MIT World Peace University (WPU), MIT Art Design & Technology University (MIT ADT), Avantika University and MIT University .
It is noteworthy to mention that in appreciation of the work carried out by MAEER’s MIT, Pune under the banner of World Peace Centre in promoting the Value Based Universal Education System for spreading the message of peace , based on the appropriate blending of science, technology and spirituality, UNESCO bestowed upon the World Peace Centre the Chair for Human Rights, Democracy, Peace and Tolerance on 12th May 1998.
A school is the place where a child learns and grows. Hence, MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School places great emphasis on how to help every child to bring out his or her own uniqueness by synchronizing the timeless Indian values and modern scientific thinking.
The focus is not on mere dissemination of information in the classrooms; but rather, the aim is to impart a comprehensive training for life through ‘harmonious development of the body, mind and soul’. An intensive curriculum has explicitly been designed for these schools to take care of quantitative and non-quantitative terms of development of an emerging adolescent. We try to provide the right environment for children to grow as curious and passionate learners.
Keeping in view the rapid growth and changes in the education sector, V GS is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to run full-fledged classes from nursery to grade XII.
